    Please note that we may require a physical shipping address on some items in order to qualify for the shipping rate shown in the listing.
    Combined
    shipping is calculated as follows:
    Add the highest shipping shown among the items you are purchasing, then find the 'each additional item' shipping charge on the additional items you would like to order and add that for each item.   If an item has free shipping and you purchase other items, you will pay only the 'additional amount' shown for each additional item.  If an item has calculated shipping, the checkout system should calculate the total weight of your order.
    Combined shipping for buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories
    - Because quoted shipping costs may be based on ground shipping, all shipping charges shown apply only to orders shipping within the Continental United States. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. must ship by air which is far more costly. Please contact us for a shipping quote before making a purchase. We will ship via first class mail if your package is under 13.1 ounces, or priority mail from 13.1 ounces up.
    International Buyers
    - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
    Ship Time:
    We normally ship items within 2 business days.
    Some items are readily in stock and do not require specialized packing therefore those items have a quick ship time, some items are received on a weekly basis from various suppliers and may have a longer ship time, we will list an item as available to order if we know that item will arrive within 4 business days after placement of the order.  Please be sure to check the shipping and payments tab in the listing, that will specify the ship time for each item (if it is not specified then generally it will ship in 2 business days), if items are combined into one shipment, ship time will be the longest time shown among all the items purchased.
    NOTE:  We only ship Monday through Friday.

    Returns
    Returns:
    You are welcome to return any item to us within 30 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your item. Item must be in unused condition in original packaging, and return shipping will be paid by the buyer. We will refund only the purchase price and we do not refund the outgoing shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for safe passage of the package back to our facility, as well as proof of delivery.
    Damages:
    We package items to the best of our ability, however occasionally items may become damaged during shipping. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. Email us immediately if you encounter any shipping damage. Reports for damage or missing items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your package so that we may begin the claims process immediately with the carrier.
