Note:
1. Pneumatic tools are lubricated with spindle oil and sewing machine oil (automotive lubricant). Do not use engine oil or recycled oil. Doing so may damage internal parts.
2. During operation, please use this tool at 8-12KG / cm². Low voltage cannot make use of the performance of the tool. High air pressure can quickly shorten the life of the tool.
3. In order to make the machine operate normally, please install filter regulator and oiler in the air compressor mountain pass.
4. If there is no oiler, please fill the specified oiling port before and after use ensures the machine is lubricated.
5. Regularly check whether there is sewage and impurities in the filtering device. If so, drain the sewage in time (usually one week).
6. Inspect the air hoses and joints for leaks and looseness to prevent compressed air from entering the pneumatic tools.
7. Check whether the air tool itself and air tool accessories are out to scratch the white head to prevent high-speed damage to the tool or injury to personnel.
8. Do not use non-pneumatic tool accessories on pneumatic tools.
9. If the machine does not rotate or rotates steadily, add a large amount of spindle oil or sewing machine oil, then turn on the machine to rotate and clean the dirt and obstacles two or three times. The machine is still troubleshooting, please contact a professional.
