This is a unknown flight helmet.
It is named on the back to:
LT R.R. Anderson
and
Leatherneck 6 A
This helmet has a single dark visor but the knob is missing.
It has a microphone.
The interior looks nice
There is a piece of rubber trim missing just under the name in the back
I don't see any helmet markings inside but it may be covered by the padding
