Description

Paddler Drysuit
NEW - OPEN STOCK -- let someone use it for two runs on the Dryway here on the Deerfield River - she stayed dry and liked the suit overall
Includes patch kit - body patches and seam tape - NO GLUE, NO SPARE GASKETS
The suit:
Made in China - this is the actual suit I have here in the USA and the one you will get if you buy - I will ship per the promises in the shipping/payments tab, no foolishness
Designed for people:
5'8" to 6' 0" Tall
40-44" chest
32-36" waist
All measurements approximate - if you are close to these min/max parameters, then message me with your actual sizes and I'll be able to better gauge this for you
Neck and wrist gaskets are latex - I suggest using the stretch method before you consider cutting - if you cut, there are sizing rings on all gaskets
Built-in neoprene booties/socks - you must wear footwear with these or they will puncture and you will be a sad paddler -- you will need to size-up your footwear at least one shoe size (maybe more depending upon your internal sock choice)
Front-entry cross-chest zipper with flap-over
Waist DOES NOT EXIST - free-floating waist so you have better range of motion - your PFD will help hold things in place
This is nice for rafting, shredding, open canoe, and other non-skirted paddling
Straight Cuffs at wrist and ankles make gloves and booties go one and fit nicer
Neoprene neck collar over the latex gasket for added warmth and protection of the gasket material
ADDED features:
Internal zipper pocket! Stash your credit card, phone, some cash... without doing the weird dance to dig down to your pants pocket
External non-waterproof zippered arm pocket
Highly reflective shoulder tabs
What it DOES NOT have:
No tunnel
No waist pull string or any other tightening mechanism
No relief zipper
The generic maker claims it is breathable. I sweat like a pig and can never tell what's breathable - even the expensive breathing waterproof fabric leaves me clammy as a newbie facing Lava on a hot summer day
Blue and black
This drysuit is a fraction of the cost of name-brands... it's legit, but you're not backed by the same warranty and service - I'm still trying to decide on the quality of these and until I get more beta, won't be importing more and therefore not offering warranty service
COLD WATER KILLS - THIS DRYSUIT WILL NOT SAVE YOUR LIFE - You must have the rest of the proper skills, boat, equipment, and paddling group to further mitigate your risk
See Photo(s) - this is one of the actual product you are buying from me at my warehouse powered (literally - my computer and lights are powered by hydro dam #3) by the Deerfield River, home of the Dryway and Fife Brook sections of whitewater
