    very rare
    poster. The Library of Congress has the largest WPA poster collection in the world, yet they don't have this one!
    The initials "
    ILS
    " are written in small font in the bottom-right corner of the poster.
    WPA posters were created from 1936 - 1943, though the name of the organization was changed from "Works Progress Administration" to "Work Projects Administration" in September, 1939; therefore, this poster must have been created before the name change.
