This is an 1895 Zanzibar '2 1/2' Type 6 Variety on 2 Anna Pale Blue.  This one has an inverted '1' in the '1/2'.  It is in Very Fine Mint Condition with Original Gum.  It is S.G. 26 j.  It comes with an RPSL certificate and is valued at L450 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalog.
