This is a 1895-1898 Zanzibar Provisional '2 1/2' Type 6 in red on 2 Anna Blue.  What makes this stamp special is that it has an inverted '1' in '1/2.'  It is in Fine to Very Fine Mint Original Gum Condition with Hinge Remaining.  This is S.G. 26j and is valued at L450 in the Stanley Gibbons catalog.
